IRCMS fails when starting

Hello to all,

I installed IRCMS (6.30) an a WinXP PC.
After starting IRCMS fails with an error:
"Unable to write error log: 76 - Path not found"
Then coming up with some more details about the proc: "frmMain -> MDIForm_Load"
I did not find any hint/information on setting some path nor did I find a config file :(
Is there a chance to get IRCMS started ?
